Director of Animal Safety Operations

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time salaried Director of Animal Safety Operations will advance safe, reliable, and high-performing operations across the Animal Safety manufacturing network while driving business growth and product quality in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Animal Safety manufacturing strategy, translating business priorities into operational plans and accountability mechanisms
• Lead operational performance across safety, quality, service, and productivity while enhancing standardized operating systems
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles and effective performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• At least eight years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience leading across multiple functions and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Proven success in leading operational change initiatives and implementing improvement systems
• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with operational budgets and resource allocation
