Director of Application Development

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time remote Director of Application Development will manage the enterprise application portfolio, technology architecture, and data analytics capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and support global program growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and ongoing support of the enterprise application portfolio, including integrations and business-critical systems
• Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap that simplifies technology and supports scalable global operations
• Oversee data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities to ensure consistent enterprise information and informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive technology experience in application development, enterprise architecture, and data platforms
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional technology initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise application strategy and technology roadmap development
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and cloud-based platforms
