Job Summary
Leading a team of developers, the full-time Director of Application Development will design, build, and support enterprise applications, focusing on advancing a field operations application built on Salesforce and driving AI and automation projects in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure, overseeing the full software development lifecycle
- Lead the development of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in designing, building, and supporting enterprise applications in production
- Strong skills in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript, with solid SQL and relational database design knowledge
- Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure and familiarity with Salesforce development
