Director of Application Services
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and administration of enterprise applications, the full-time remote Director of Application Services will ensure the reliability, security, and modernization of business-critical applications while managing staff, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, support, and optimization of enterprise applications and automation platforms
- Drive workflow automation initiatives and application modernization efforts to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements while maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise business applications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in application support or technology teams
- Hands-on experience with ActiveBatch, Cach, FACS ARM, or comparable ARM platforms
- Proven success in leading automation and digital transformation initiatives
