Job Summary
Leading architecture strategy for digital platforms, the remote Director of Architecture will define target-state architecture, drive enterprise capabilities adoption, and mentor teams while ensuring operational excellence in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead architecture strategy for Portal, Chat, Voice, and Data platforms, focusing on AI/ML capabilities and business alignment
- Drive the adoption and reuse of enterprise capabilities, establishing scalable and secure architecture patterns
- Own the data strategy and analytics architecture, ensuring compliance and effective reporting practices
Required qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience architecting scalable platforms
- 7+ years of experience defining architecture strategy for enterprise-scale solutions
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology ecosystems
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools
- 2+ years of experience designing agentic workflows or autonomous systems
