Job Summary
Providing strategic and technical leadership, the full-time Director of ASAT Systems will oversee Cell Therapy laboratory systems, digital technologies, and data platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation across the global manufacturing network.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategy and governance model for laboratory systems and digital technologies
- Drive network-level decisions regarding laboratory digitalization, automation, and data management
- Lead cross-functional teams in complex initiatives to improve laboratory performance and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or biologics manufacturing
- 6+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and complex programs
- Proven success in developing strategic roadmaps for operational excellence and compliance
- Extensive knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems
