Job Summary

Leading the Asia-Pacific Coordinator Program, the full-time, fully remote Director of Asia-Pacific Programs will manage recruitment, mentor coordinators, and develop fundraising strategies while overseeing a geographically diverse team dedicated to pro-liberty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Asia-Pacific Coordinator Program by recruiting and activating coordinators across the region
• Mentor coordinators to ensure continuous growth and project development throughout the year
• Lead fundraising efforts by building relationships with partners and managing regional financial targets

Required qualifications

• Experience managing staff and developing volunteer organizations from a small base
• Proven track record in running recruitment pipelines and moving volunteers to active engagement
• Ability to build and implement year-round mentorship or training programs
• Experience in raising funds through sponsorships, grants, or individual contributions
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of regional languages preferred
