Leading the automation strategy for travel fulfillment operations, the full-time remote Director of Automation Strategy will define and optimize technology initiatives, manage quality control processes, and enhance auto-ticketing and traveler communication workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for automation technologies in travel fulfillment
- Oversee the design and optimization of automated quality control processes and manage related workflows
- Drive enhancements to itinerary delivery systems and traveler communication workflows
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in travel technology or operations automation
- Strong understanding of corporate travel fulfillment workflows and mid-office systems
- Demonstrated experience leading technology projects and process improvement initiatives
- Experience with travel management company (TMC) technology ecosystems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across distributed teams
