Job Summary

Leading the global baby gear product development organization, the full-time salaried Director of Baby Gear Development will drive innovation, oversee product commercialization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Baby Gear product development roadmap and innovation pipeline
• Oversee product development from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and quality objectives
• Manage and develop a high-performing global product development team across the U.S. and Hong Kong

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
• Significant product development leadership experience within juvenile products, consumer products, or similar categories
• Strong engineering background with expertise in product mechanisms and manufacturing solutions
• Proven success in leading products from concept through launch
• Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners and global development teams is highly desirable
