Director of Balance Products

Job Summary

Driving the growth of emerging financial products, the full-time remote Director of Balance Products will manage the business strategy for Balance, Domestic and International Bill Pay, and Mobile Top-Up, focusing on market selection, pricing strategy, and customer adoption metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business strategy for Balance and related products, partnering with product leads to enhance customer adoption
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including market selection and launch playbooks for new products
• Develop analytical frameworks to measure cohort retention, LTV, and ARPU, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in consumer fintech, remittance, or digital financial services
• Proven track record of driving growth for consumer financial products with measurable cohort results
• Experience with stored value accounts, wallets, or similar financial products
• Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and LTV modeling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate strategies clearly
