Director of Benefits Strategy

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Benefits Strategy will oversee the governance and strategic evolution of Directed Spend benefit programs, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies while influencing senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Directed Spend benefit administration and evolving regulatory requirements
• Translate CMS regulations and compliance requirements into business guidance and operational guardrails
• Lead the development of governance frameworks to ensure accurate and compliant delivery of benefits

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, benefits administration, or healthcare strategy
• Experience developing governance and operational processes in a healthcare or financial services environment
• Expertise in interpreting CMS guidance and translating regulatory requirements into business strategy
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational alignment
• Comfortable using AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
