Director of BI Analytics
Job Summary
Driving the technical vision for business intelligence and analytics, the full-time remote Director of BI Analytics will lead the development of AI-enabled decision support platforms and advance next-generation analytics capabilities while collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical vision and roadmap for BI reporting and AI-enabled decision support platforms
- Guide analytics and engineering teams in designing and scaling data and AI solutions
- Translate senior leadership priorities into technical investment choices and execution roadmaps
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of directly related experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related experience
- At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
- Leadership experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms
- Strong grounding in data platforms and analytics architecture
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI and natural-language analytics
