Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Director of Biometrics Strategy will manage business development initiatives across biometrics services, focusing on expanding client relationships and shaping go-to-market strategies within the life sciences industry.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and lead executive-level presentations and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align biometrics offerings with market needs and monitor industry trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data management, life sciences, or business development within pharma/biotech
- Demonstrated success in selling biometrics services and closing complex contracts
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Existing network within biotech and pharmaceutical biometrics organizations preferred
