Director of BioPharma Program Management

Job Summary

To build and run the operational backbone of the Pharma Discovery Lab, the full-time salaried Director of BioPharma Program Management will manage a broad portfolio of internal and external projects, overseeing budget tracking, project milestones, and pharma-partner engagements in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
• Support business operations by maintaining program-level budget visibility and resource forecasts
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating scientific priorities into operational plans and preparing client-facing materials

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in oncology drug development, translational research, or biomarker/CDx program management
• Demonstrated track record in leading complex, cross-functional programs and stakeholder management
• Experience managing biomarker sample operations and biorepository workflows
• Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting and resource planning
• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MS) in life sciences required; MBA or equivalent business training is a plus
