Director of Business Banking

Job Summary

To enhance client relationships and drive business development, the full-time remote Director of Business Banking will manage and expand banking relationships for both business and consumer clients while providing comprehensive financial solutions and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and retain client relationships while advising on financial solutions and strategies
• Engage in business development to acquire new commercial client relationships
• Conduct research and resolve customer service issues to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and the ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis
• Strong analytical, consulting, and negotiating skills with the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities
• Familiarity with state and federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies
