Job Summary

To build the analytics and insights foundation for a pre-commercial immunology and inflammation portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Business Insights will manage the forecasting capability, primary market research agenda, and secondary data infrastructure, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the commercial forecast, including patient-based and epidemiology-based models for long-range planning and scenario analysis
• Design and lead the primary market research agenda, overseeing all phases from question definition to synthesis of findings
• Evaluate and manage secondary data assets, ensuring quality and appropriateness for commercial decision-making

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative, life sciences, or business discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience in forecasting, business insights, or market research
• Demonstrated experience in constructing and presenting commercial forecasts to senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing primary market research, including vendor management
• Strong knowledge of secondary pharmaceutical data sources and their applications
