Director of Business Intelligence
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise business intelligence strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Business Intelligence will manage analytics delivery and reporting capabilities remotely, transforming complex data into actionable insights to improve business performance and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead the development of advanced reporting, dashboards, and predictive models to guide strategic decision making
- Establish and maintain enterprise data governance standards to promote data quality and integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with modern BI platforms, particularly Tableau and Power BI
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and data warehousing
- Experience implementing AI-enabled analytics solutions preferred
