Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide analytics strategy, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will build and manage a high-performing team of analysts to deliver insights on sales forecasting, retail performance, and campaign measurement, while serving as a strategic partner to various departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a senior analytics partner to client account and strategy teams, translating objectives into measurement frameworks for social-first marketing
• Elevate analytics by synthesizing data into narratives that inform brand positioning and enterprise decision-making
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and executive-ready storytelling

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in research, analytics, and measurement, with a proven track record in leading high-impact initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Statistics, or Data Science
• Advanced expertise in analytics methodologies, including brand tracking and marketing mix modeling
• Deep technical proficiency in analytics and BI technologies, including Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
