Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the scaling of operations, the full-time Director of Business Operations will lead critical initiatives, resolve cross-functional friction, and ensure high execution standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track performance & resolve bottlenecks by monitoring KPIs and deploying targeted interventions across departments
• Lead operational scaling & systems design by building and optimizing scalable workflows and managing the Operations Engineer
• Drive special projects from inception to execution, facilitating collaboration across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Finance

Required qualifications

• High-agency & cross-functional judgment with a self-directed problem-solving approach
• Strong commitment to detail and no-defect execution, maintaining clean documentation
• Executive presence with sound financial judgment and effective communication skills
• Proven analytical rigor in breaking down complex operational problems
• Experience in designing metrics and operating cadences alongside data/analytics engineers
