Job Summary
To support the Lumen Transformation Office, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations will manage executive-level alignment and execution, drive strategic initiatives, and prepare senior leaders for high-impact updates.
Key responsibilities
- Translate leadership priorities into actionable workplans and decision frameworks
- Engage with senior leadership to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
- Build and deliver high-quality executive materials and presentations
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, business operations, or executive-level support roles
- Proven ability to operate confidently at the SLT, SVP, and VP levels
- Exceptional skills in building compelling executive presentations
- Strong judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments
- High accountability mindset with a focus on quality and execution
