Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

As the operational backbone for the Patient Group, the full-time salaried Director of Business Operations will drive strategic initiatives, navigate critical tradeoffs, and partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance patient care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the operational framework for the Patient Group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans
• Build decision-making frameworks to guide strategic initiatives and facilitate discussions on high-stakes tradeoffs
• Lead and mentor a Business Operations team focused on scaling patient acquisition and overseeing operational strategies for core experiences and growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations or Strategy & Operations in growth-focused roles
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong ability to define product strategy and performance metrics that drive innovation
• Experience leading cross-functional processes and aligning senior stakeholders in dynamic environments
• Proven track record of synthesizing complex inputs into clear narratives for strategic decision-making
