Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing fintech, the fully remote Director of Business Operations will manage the company's operating rhythm, oversee project closures, and drive revenue performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the weekly operating rhythm, including leadership meetings and KPI scorecards, ensuring follow-through on commitments
• Lead project-status meetings with Project Managers to track progress, clear blockers, and expedite project closures
• Direct the support organization, setting priorities and metrics while ensuring alignment with customer and reseller agreements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, business operations, or project management within a B2B software, SaaS, or tech-enabled services company
• Experience managing people-managers and enhancing their performance without taking over their roles
• Strong CRM management skills, with direct experience in HubSpot preferred
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and regulatory environments is strongly preferred
• Experience in banking or credit union sectors is a plus
