Job Summary

Leading the strategic execution and operational infrastructure for Care Operations, the full-time salaried Director of Business Operations will manage a team of analysts and project managers to enhance care delivery and experience while ensuring organizational alignment and performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic planning and operational cadence for the Care Operations department to drive business outcomes
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and project managers, overseeing performance and professional growth
• Design and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient-provider experiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or program management within a healthcare or high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Experience managing direct reports and driving team performance
• Proficiency in SQL for querying complex datasets and translating data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable operational processes across teams
