Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

Owning the systems and technology foundation that drives growth, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations will manage business tools, set standards for internal technology, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee The Suite's business systems stack and establish its roadmap for improvement
• Audit and enhance cross-functional processes while managing the Business Operations team
• Lead the AI Transformation and Enablement program, implementing tools that address real business needs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and managing business systems at scale, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Hands-on expertise with modern operations tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, and Google Workspace
• Experience in building and deploying AI agents and leading internal AI initiatives
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability infrastructure and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to unify multiple data sources for comprehensive reporting
