Job Summary
To align strategy and focused execution, the full-time Director of Business Operations will design the operating system for priority setting, lead high-stakes cross-functional projects, and enhance decision-making processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operating system by designing priority-setting processes and tracking progress against business goals
- Lead cross-functional work to diagnose execution breakdowns and implement strategic solutions for growth

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or chief of staff roles, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
- Proven ability in structured problem solving and strategic judgment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience with AI tools for problem diagnosis and workflow automation
- Effective communicator, comfortable presenting insights to executives
