Job Summary
To enhance the effectiveness of New Business operations, the full-time remote Director of Business Operations will manage the operating model, lead forecasting and opportunity inspection, and improve pipeline hygiene while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the operating model and cadence for all New Business motions, including standards and priorities
- Lead forecast readiness and opportunity inspection to provide accurate insights into performance and risk
- Build and curate reporting that consolidates data for informed decision-making by New Business leaders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 10+ years in Business Operations or Sales Strategy in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven experience shaping the operating model for New Business or enterprise sales motions
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue-process discipline
- Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with GTM systems such as CPQ and RFP tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery and measurable outcomes
