Director of Business Process Excellence
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, the full-time remote Director of Business Process Excellence will improve cross-functional workflows, establish enterprise process architecture, and lead prioritized improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Own enterprise process architecture and lead the design and optimization of workflows across business functions
- Partner with Operations and Field Service leadership to re-architect high-friction value streams and drive operational cost efficiencies
- Coach and embed structured process engineering methodologies across cross-functional teams to elevate organizational capability
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise process engineering or operational excellence
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent continuous improvement certification) required
- Deep experience integrating business operational workflows into major enterprise software platforms
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams at senior executive levels
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
