Director of Business Systems
Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Director of Business Systems will manage the systems that power quote-to-cash, go-to-market, and finance operations, ensuring seamless integration of various commercial technology platforms including Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite.
Key responsibilities
- Automate and streamline quote-to-cash processes across sales-led and self-serve purchases
- Develop a scalable systems architecture to support new campaigns, products, and pricing models
- Document and enhance systems architecture while managing vendor relationships and the team's budget
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in business systems or revenue operations, including 4+ years in leadership roles
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (CPQ or Revenue Cloud) and subscription billing platforms like Zuora
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record in leading system implementations and managing change processes
- Experience with data governance and establishing standards across CRM and billing systems
