Job Summary
Partnering with clients and internal teams, the full-time salaried Director of Business Transformation will lead modernization programs and develop transformation strategies across the Property & Casualty insurance value chain, while working remotely from anywhere in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute business and technology transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with measurable business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor by assessing current operations and technology landscapes to accelerate digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute complex transformation programs and drive innovative approaches for operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Insurance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or digital transformation, particularly in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
- Expertise in developing transformation strategies, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance operations and core insurance systems
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements
