Job Summary

To fund the next real estate cycle, the full-time remote Director of Capital Formation, High Net Worth will manage direct capital raising from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors, ensuring all deals are fully funded and on time while building and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own direct capital raising from HNW, UHNW, and family office investors, ensuring timely funding of every deal
• Lead the capital raising team as a player-coach, personally raising capital while recruiting and developing talent
• Architect the Rex investor community through events, proactive reporting, and storytelling to drive reinvestment and referrals

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience raising capital from high-net-worth investors with verifiable results
• Strong background in real estate private equity or syndication preferred
• Proficiency in SEC, FINRA, Regulation D, and accredited investor verification compliance
• Experience in building investor events and community programs that enhance engagement
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred
