Director of Capital Markets

Job Summary

To drive capital formation across a private equity real estate platform, the full-time remote Director of Capital Markets will originate and close direct LP relationships, manage the capital formation process for multiple transactions, and build the necessary team and infrastructure to support investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, develop, and close direct LP relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and independent RIAs
• Own the capital formation process across multiple live transactions, ensuring clear equity plans and commitments
• Build and maintain a disciplined investor pipeline and manage the investor CRM for effective relationship tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in private equity real estate capital raising or a closely related investor-facing role
• Demonstrable track record of raising LP equity from private capital, with established relationships in the industry
• Fluency in real estate capital structures, including agency debt and preferred equity
• Ability to manage multiple live deals and timelines simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant securities licensing or advanced finance training is a plus
