Director of Capture Strategy

Job Summary

Leading capture strategy and driving new-business growth, the full-time remote Director of Capture Strategy will manage the end-to-end capture lifecycle for federal and commercial health markets, focusing on opportunity identification, proposal submission, and building a qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture and growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead capture activities for strategic opportunities, including customer engagement and win-theme development
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in government contracting and health sectors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in federal capture or business development roles with ownership of capture lifecycles
• Demonstrated track record of leading wins in the federal health market, including IDIQ and BPA awards
• Experience negotiating teaming agreements and strategic partnerships
• Working knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition processes
