Director of Carrier Compliance
Job Summary
Owning and evolving the carrier compliance program, the full-time Director of Carrier Compliance will lead cross-functional policy updates, investigate fraud indicators, and manage compliance technology while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously evolve the carrier compliance program to align with regulatory changes and emerging fraud patterns
- Lead the rollout of compliance policy updates to Operations, Sales, and Claims teams
- Manage a team of carrier compliance analysts and develop workflows for shipment-level alerts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in carrier compliance, transportation risk management, or a related field
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and broker/carrier compliance programs
- Experience with compliance technology such as Highway, RMIS, or DAT
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tables and spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or relevant certifications preferred
