Director of Change Management and UX

Job Summary

Leading the integration of change management and user experience practices, the full-time remote Director of Change Management and UX will oversee strategy execution, ensuring technology initiatives enhance the Workmate experience through effective adoption and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead unified change enablement and UX efforts, establishing a cohesive function with shared goals and success metrics
• Develop and execute communication plans, training strategies, and stakeholder readiness assessments for technology rollouts
• Set the vision for user experience across business technology platforms, conducting research and usability testing to meet user needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or user experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience leading change management for large-scale enterprise technology implementations
• Strong understanding of UX principles and human-centered design methodologies
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred
