Director of Client Delivery

Job Summary

As a strategic partner and hands-on collaborator, the full-time Director of Client Delivery will manage relationships with BioPharma clients, translating insights from Primum's physician network into actionable strategies to enhance education and support for oncologists, working remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for BioPharma clients, ensuring alignment between insights and client objectives
• Translate complex data into impactful narratives and educational content that drive improvements in provider awareness
• Develop and deliver high-quality, visually compelling presentations that communicate strategic recommendations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) required
• 5+ years of experience in BioPharma, medical affairs, consulting, or medical communications with direct client interaction
• Strong understanding of oncology, clinical practice, and data interpretation
• Proven experience in developing and presenting medical or educational content
• Fluency in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
