Director of Client Implementation

Job Summary

Leading a team of managers in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Client Implementation will oversee client onboarding and launch processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic and operational initiatives to enhance implementation workflows and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of implementation leaders, ensuring quality delivery and client experience
• Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery, establishing expectations for launch readiness and post-launch stability
• Serve as the escalation point for implementation risks and client issues, fostering transparent communication and sound judgment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, or project management; 10+ years preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading client-facing implementation or project management professionals
• Proven experience managing complex implementations with significant cross-functional dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic implementation consulting and disciplined project execution
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience influencing various organizational partners
