Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the East region, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will oversee the operations management of multiple employer worksites, focusing on client satisfaction, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives while mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
• Identify processes to enhance health center performance and implement innovative performance measurement standards aligned with corporate strategies
• Lead operational implementations post-go-live and facilitate communication across virtual sites while managing complex client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and knowledge of healthcare operations preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired, along with experience in medical information management systems
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to interact at all organizational levels
