Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff in the East region.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Implements processes to enhance health center performance and defines innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
• Leads operational initiatives post-go-live and facilitates communication across virtual sites while managing complex client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and in a healthcare-related environment preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process management
