Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance health center performance across the East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to improve health center performance and establish innovative performance standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Health Center Leadership staff while managing a portfolio of clients and health centers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare operations
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired, along with experience in medical information management systems
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to interact at all organizational levels
