Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact for strategic integration, improve health center performance, and lead a team of health center staff across the East region.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, focusing on strategic integration and client satisfaction
- Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and operational outcomes
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to health center staff while managing client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing others
- Experience managing virtual teams and operations in a healthcare setting preferred
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems
