Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff in support of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and establish innovative performance standards
• Lead operational implementations and manage complex relationships across multiple lines of service and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with experience managing virtual teams
• Healthcare experience in medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar environments preferred
• Demonstrated experience with budget and P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change and build relationships at all organizational levels
