Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Supporting the East region in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Client Operations will oversee operations management for multiple employer worksites, focusing on client satisfaction, performance improvement, and strategic initiative implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring alignment with healthcare trends
- Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and establish innovative performance measurement standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Health Center Leadership staff while managing complex client relationships and operational outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
- Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare environments
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process management
