Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact for strategic integration, improve health center performance, and manage site-level supervisors while supporting the East region.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the primary client liaison for strategic integration and expansion, focusing on client satisfaction and proactive healthcare trend identification
• Implements performance improvement processes and innovative measurements aligned with corporate strategies across health centers
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors while managing complex client relationships and operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
