Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact for strategic integration, identify performance improvement processes, and manage health center leadership staff across the East region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to improve health center performance and define innovative performance measurements
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to health center staff while managing relationships with multiple clients and overseeing operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare operations preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
