Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact for strategic initiatives, improve health center performance, and lead a team while managing complex client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison for integration and expansion, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and establish innovative performance measurements
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors and manage a portfolio of health centers and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare operations
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems
