Director of Client Relationships
Job Summary
Managing business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness clients, the full-time salaried Director of Client Relationships will develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the business relationship with a defined book of large-market employer clients
- Provide consultative recommendations to help clients maximize the value of EAP and wellness programs
- Evaluate and refine all aspects of program performance, both internally and externally
Required qualifications
- Seven (7) or more years of B2B account management/client services experience in health care, employee benefits, or insurance
- Stable employment history
- BS/BA degree
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
