Job Summary

Leading a project management team, the full-time salaried Director of Client Services will manage team performance, develop client relationships, and drive execution of technology and workflow processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate resources and track key performance indicators while fostering team engagement and culture
• Ensure consistent consultative communication and manage client expectations regarding scope and deadlines
• Provide strategic leadership to promote team excellence and support project management activities from start to closure
