Job Summary
Overseeing client relationships, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will ensure the Client Success teams meet performance standards, utilize analytics for reporting, and mentor team members to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor client performance and ensure adherence to Client Success standards
- Utilize KPI tools to manage reporting and visibility on client health
- Mentor and support the Client Success team in managing client expectations and resolving issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
