Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Client Success Managers, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will ensure strong client relationships, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues while driving overall client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor client performance and ensure adherence to Client Success standards
- Utilize KPI tools to provide reporting and visibility on client health and performance
- Mentor Client Success Managers to exceed client expectations and facilitate regular client meetings
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, or finance
