Job Summary
Overseeing client relationships, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage a team, monitor client performance, and ensure adherence to Client Success standards while utilizing analytics to drive improvements in client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are met
- Utilize KPI tools and analytics to provide reporting on client health and performance
- Mentor and oversee Manager, Client Success in managing client relationships and expectations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
- Proven strong leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance
